Return & Exchange Policy

We want every order to be right. Here's exactly what to expect if something needs to be sorted out.

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Exchanges are available only for sizing issues, no other reason qualifies.

Exchanges (sizing issues only)        

Please note: All sizes are in UK measurements. We recommend confirming your size before placing your order.


  • You must raise an exchange request within 2 days of delivery. Requests on Day 3 or later will not be accepted.

  • Email your request to support@everythingpowerlifting.com with your order details.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags still physically attached exactly as delivered.

  • If tags are removed — even if the product is returned in the box — the exchange will be rejected.

  • Return shipping to us is your responsibility. We cover only the forward shipping for the exchanged product.

The fastest way to get your exchange: ship the shoes back to us yourself in original condition. On satisfactory inspection, we send the replacement right away.



International Orders — Exchange & Refund Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders. Due to the high cost of international shipping, exchanges are not feasible.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we've got you covered. To raise a claim, email us at support@everythingpowerlifting.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery and we will either issue a full refund or send you the correct pair  whichever you prefer.

Refunds
  • Refunds are not offered unless the requested size is completely unavailable for exchange.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval with no credit, contact us at support@everythingpowerlifting.com.

Non-exchangeable products

Due to hygiene and safety, the following products cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Chalk (liquid, powder, blocks)

  • Smelling Salts

  • Mouthpieces and accessories


Order cancellation
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged, tampered or missing orders
  • Damaged product: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Email your Order ID along with clear images or videos to our support team.

  • Tampered package: Do not accept the delivery. Inform us immediately.

  • Missing item: Email us with your order details and images of the received package.

We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the product shows signs of use, tags are detached or tampered, original packaging is missing, the request is raised after 2 days, or the product falls under a non-exchangeable category.
