Yes. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, or other requirements imposed by the destination country. Everything Powerlifting is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and/or email. Tracking details are shared after dispatch and allow you to follow your shipment.

If your order has been dispatched but you haven't received a tracking link, or if your shipment has gone beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and delivery details. We'll help you check the shipment status.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review the policy for details regarding eligibility, exchange conditions and applicable timelines.

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by transportation issues, customs clearance, weather, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we'll assist in checking the status of delayed shipments, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

By placing an order with Everything Powerlifting, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy, including the provisions relating to delivery timelines, customs clearance and circumstances beyond our control.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Exchanges are available only for sizing issues and are subject to the conditions outlined below. Exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, product preference, or any other reason are not accepted.

You must raise your exchange request within 2 days of delivery. Requests made on Day 3 or later will not be accepted. To request an exchange, email support@everythingpowerlifting.com with your order details.

The product must be completely unused, in its original packaging, with all tags physically attached exactly as delivered. If tags have been removed, detached or tampered with, the exchange will be rejected—even if the product is returned in its original box. The product must also pass our inspection.

All sizes are in UK measurements, so we strongly recommend confirming your size before placing your order. For an approved exchange, you are responsible for shipping the original product back to us. We cover the forward shipping cost of sending the replacement product to you. The fastest option is to ship the product back yourself in its original condition; once it passes inspection, we'll send the replacement.

No. We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders because of the high cost of international shipping. However, if an international order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact support@everythingpowerlifting.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order details and clear photos. We will either issue a full refund or send the correct pair, based on your preference.

Refunds are not normally offered. A refund may be approved only when the requested replacement size is completely unavailable for exchange. For eligible international orders involving damage or an incorrect product, a full refund may also be provided as described above.

An approved refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received the credit, contact support@everythingpowerlifting.com for assistance.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

• Liquid, powder and block chalk
• Smelling salts
• Mouthpieces and accessories

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If your product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@everythingpowerlifting.com with your Order ID and clear images or videos.

If the package appears tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept it and inform us immediately.

If an item is missing, email us with your order details and clear images of the package and the items received.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product:

• Shows signs of use
• Has had its tags removed, detached or tampered with
• Is missing its original packaging
• Is requested for exchange after the 2-day window
• Falls under a non-exchangeable product category
• Does not pass our inspection

We recommend checking your size carefully before ordering and keeping the product, tags and original packaging completely intact until you are certain the size is right.
