Refund policy
The only condition a return and refund is applicable is, if in case we are not able to provide a proper fit. In case the shoe does not fit, we will attempt to exchange them for a proper fit.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent without original tags and packaging will not qualify for refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchange is only possible if the original purchase is returned in original saleable condition. Returns without tags and packaging or in worn out condition will not be eligible for exchanges. Though we provide free exchanges by arranging free pick ups but they generally take more than 15 days to complete the returns. The fastest way to exchange is by returning the shoes in original condition yourself and on satisfactory inspection we send the exchange immediately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
